definitely be attracted to an application that
could instantly give an accurate evaluation of
the property using all the variables given such
as; location, history of the property,
amenities, previous, current and future
projections of market pricing. Moreover, using
data metrics by collecting information of public
records, comparative sales assessments, zonings,
and plans for the local area.

The property
would have various sensors that would send notifications to
the owner of the property whenever there has been a change
in the valuation of the property. For example if the water
heater of the house would have an issue and needs to be
changed the sensors would pick up the issue and send it to
the property valuator that notifies the owner of the issue
and the recommended time of when is should be addressed.
