As Innompic
entrepreneurial
creativity
contests are
unique, the
assessment
approach is
simple − just
listen to your
inner voice
Absolute
Marks
Give a mark that
reflects your
perceived value
(10 - highest)
of the
submission. This
approach can be
applied to such
contests as
'First
Impression' and
'Humorous News'.
Relative
Marks
Go through all
the submissions
first, then
select a
submission − you
like most or an
average one − as
the benchmark
and give it a
mark.
Afterwards, rate
other
submissions
against this
one.
Example A: 10,
8, 9, 7, 8, 10,
9, 6, 8, 9
Example B: 6, 8,
5, 9, 10, 7, 5,
4, 6, 5
This approach
is effective when
you are to
assess many
small pieces,
such as
'Advertising
Slogans',
'Headlines', or
'Humorous
Phrases'
Exceeded Time
/ Text Limit
You may choose
to reduce the
mark by 1 or 2
points if a
video exceeds
the time limit.
The same applies
to the length of
textual
submissions.
