initial desire was just to
deepen my understanding of
design thinking and to broaden
my self-education experience in
those selected areas. Your
mission statement, however,
struck me like a lightening. It
deeply resonated with me and
spoke directly to my heart and
mission: To enrich the life of

If I am obliged to secure your
Corporate License, I’ll leverage
it to enhance my business
advisory services, training, and
speaking engagements. Design
thinking, soft skills and social
intelligence are new areas of
interest I am proactively
exploring and developing.
Deepening my knowledge and
understanding in these areas
have become necessary following
my recent membership of the
board of Institute of Soft
Skills and Vocational
Development of Nigeria. This
institute is established to
champion the cause of teaching
and developing soft skills and
vocational education in Nigeria.
I’ve spent almost thirty years
helping entrepreneurs,
especially small and medium
enterprise owners to seize
opportunities and meet
challenges in their industry
sectors and at the marketplace.
During this period, I have had
the privilege of working for the
US Department of Commerce at the
US Mission in Nigeria as a
Senior Commercial Specialist for
22 years. I left this position
in 2013 to help my state
government, Enugu State, to
resuscitate and reposition its
moribund SME Development Agency
responsible for entrepreneurship
and enterprise development. In
that position, I served as the
Special Adviser to the Governor
on SME Development and
Investment Promotion. Amongst
other specialized activities and
programs through which I have
impacted many lives and changed
the course of many businesses,
business advisory services,
speaking
engagements, and hosting of
events such as training
workshops and seminars, stand
out as my greatest strengths.
Finally, I am concluding
arrangements with my CoFounder
to officially launch our private
business advisory service, and
also resume active training,
coaching and speaking
engagements under the aegis of
Seeds of Greatness Institute.
Our target markets are
entrepreneurs, business owners
and young graduates who
obviously need handholding,
coaching and honest advisory
services to navigate the
labyrinths of very challenging
commercial environments.
In summary, those are some of
the many ways I am hoping to
leverage your training tools and
strategic alliance to motivate,
inspire and empower aspiring
entrepreneurs, business owners
and anyone who comes in contact
with me. Ultimately my desire is
to help people build systems to
make the most of their resources
and opportunities and to live a
life of service, success and
significance.
