Dildora, a Russian citizen, was born in Uzbekistan. She studied in the Russian Peoples Friendship University. While being a student and afterwards, Dildora was an active member of the Youth Parliament and Youth Association of CIS countries.

As a Goodwill Ambassador of Innompic Games (Innossador), Dildora was promoting Innompics actively since the very beginning and won the 'Outstanding Innossador' award.
