INTRODUCTION

The population of Africa is growing rapidly. This rapidly growing population is estimated to be 2.5 billion by 2050, with the estimate of 1 billion of this population to be youths. The majority of this youthful population is found in sub-Saharan Africa. This rapidly growing youthful population is faced with the problem of unemployment triggered by poor governance, unstable democratic systems, dictatorial regimes, political instability and lack of will from their leaders to create economic atmosphere to foster economic and social wellbeing. A great majority of these youths see their future in Europe and this has compelled them to migrate for greener pastures to these European countries. The greatest challenged, is that the road taken to arrive Europe is through the Mediterranean Sea and this has seen thousands who have died over the past years in the Mediterranean Sea. To cope with this tragedy, INNOMPICS AFRICA social-system mission is to equip over 100000 young Africans by 2030 to cope this activity that has seen many lives swallowed by the Mediterranean waters..

STRUCTURE

Innompics Africa social system is geared toward providing a platform for empowering youth across Africa with skills and information through vocational training, small business support, and other assistance targeted particularly at young people and vulnerable groups. This will enable them get employed and equally create employment opportunities for other Africans to alleviate poverty and improve standard of living by helping them translate their passion into profitable ventures and innovative businesses. Innompics through games and entertainment will ignite the spirit of arts, creativity, and provide mentorship, coaching, and personal development. This will expose talents that can be harness and deploy to make Africa the next hub for economic growth and technological advancement.

PURPOSE

The INNOBALL GAMES which is an entrepreneurial simulation game will be an avenue to bring youths from across Africa to be equipped with skills, knowledge that will enable them to be leaders who are ready to confront African problems with innovative approach to solve, not run, business models that can solve problems in the African context, strengthen their capacities to build sustainable business ventures and assess the entrepreneurial potentials of the African continent for profitability. This will be done physically or virtually with experts from Africa and across the world to address issues that will help tackle unemployment and migration through the Mediterranean that has become a dead trap for many Africans with promising future.

CONCLUSION

The INNOMPICS AFRICA social system is designed to change the narrative, perspective, mindset, and empower the youths to confront, and infiltrate systems to solve problems challenging their various communities. The success of this burning desire to better lives by the Founder VADIM KOTELNIKOV, can only be achieved through the willingness and collaboration of the different stake holders across Africa, who wants to see Africa uplifted from poverty to be the next hub for innovation, development and prosperity for all.
