I am now serving as a Board Chairman for a new global association called "Customer Value Creation International (CVCI)", a nonprofit association. Supporting the effort is an Advisory Council of global leaders in customer experience, value creation and building customer centric companies. Presently developing a Customer Value Creation Masterclass video training program built on the "Best of the Best" from all disciplines and functional organizations.

Jury for Innompic Games 2020

Now that I’m retired from organized business, I have been very active to help individuals and companies by volunteering with professional associations. My passion is to use my diversity to contribute as a board member, training developer, and social networking.

Serving on the Jury for Innompic Games 2020 is another way I can continue to “pay forward.”

Having worked with individuals around the world, it’s exciting to see the creativity and helping find a vehicle for them to explore and nurture their ideas. Innompic Games helps fill this need and brings together explorers from around the world to discover themselves and help fill the needs of everyone in the world.

I’m hoping the Innompic Games 2020 will create the platform to recognize new ideas in a constructive competition where everyone wins.
