After graduation from State Academy of Finance, Moscow with the specialization on “International Business & Finance” starting from 1992 I spent practically 24 years in banking and finance area culminating in CEO’s as well as top positions in IBD, Risk Management and others in 7 banks, one development company with international presence (PIK-Ukraine), personal venture investments via funds as well as direct portfolio investor, occupied positions in BoD in companies of diverse profiles (air industry, investment companies, water-supply, mono-rail transport etc.) engaged in pre-IPO as well as IPO procedures ( GK PIK – First Mortgage Company in 2007). Investing in rocket science hi-tech startups as well as their acceleration occupies me for the last several years. So, it is the innovation and hi-tech end approach to way of doing business that makes a core of my personal business philosophy.

In 2006 I was rewarded a title of “Best Banker in the industry” for innovative approaches in mortgage lending which made a dream of tens of thousands of people of their own home come true. The launching of the MBS market in Russia was also a personal challenge of mine.

Being driven by idea of self-improvement I was confered the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) Degree at the International School of Business, Moscow in 2012.
