The objective of the
innovation team is to turn an idea into a great business.
The task of the
opponents is to simulate various types of
likely problems that may happen in real life. Other
innovation team plays for the opponents. All ideas generated
are assessed by the judges. |
The starting idea together
with information about resource limits is provided by
the organizers and communicated to the both team at
least one day in advance. The team of innovators
develops the initial project outline which is
communicated to the opponents and judges in advance. |

The innovation team makes strategic moves, guesses
opponents' counterattacks and invents creative solutions
to the problems created by them. Having received the
description of an opponent's move, a team may ask up to
three clarifying questions. Experts give marks to
the moves and guesses of the both teams. |
Team members generate
strategic
ideas and
solutions, individually or jointly. They also try to
anticipate opponents' counterattacks. All ideas are
submitted to the team leader who is to rate them and
select the best one. |

judges during the game define the total rating of each
player. The rating of the team leader is calculated
